I saw the city's early holiday plans and wanted to check before I mark my calendar. "It's a Wonderful Bryant" tree and trail lighting is listed for Thursday, Dec. 3, 5 to 7, and Christmas at Market Place for Saturday, Dec. 5, 5 to 8. Has anyone heard if the times and locations are actually settled, or is this still the "subject to change" version? Last year's tree lighting was at Mills Park, so I'm wondering if it stays there or moves.
As for last year, I thought the tribute tree was a lovely touch and the free pictures with Santa were a nice gesture, especially considering what we pay in property taxes... a little Santa photo is the least they can do. 😉 The line did get long and it was cold standing around, so a bit more organization would help. I'd also like to know whether the pets are welcome this time. Mine would love it and then embarrass me in front of the whole town.
What did the rest of you think? Worth going again, or should I just stay home with the dogs and a cup of cocoa?
